Philosophy

In 1994 Joachim Kuban founded his own company, " holzhandwerk Kuban / Düren / Germany.... in 3.rd generation he started his way, building single furnitures in a very individual way.

2004 he started with the design of " THE KUBE " a purish seat for an  asian restaurant in Maastricht/Netherlands. From now on the starting point is always the cube, according to the rules of the BAUHAUS 1919-1933.

DESIGN follows function...    is the mainstream of his new way of working...
